ASSIST. PROF. KHURSHEED AHMAD BADRUDDIN ANSARI
Dr. Khursheed is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia, since August-2023. He is an alumni of the Institute of Chemical Technology (Formerly Known as UDCT) and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a recipient of two IIChE awards for his research contribution.
Dr. Khursheed also visited Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada for Researcher meetings and as an invited seminar speaker in year 2017. He delivered oral talk at 67th Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference-2017, Edmonton, Canada.
He has taught core Chemical Engineering subjects like Thermodynamics, Process Instrumentation, Energy Engineering and Management, and Process Equipment Design. Dr. Khursheed holds industrial research experience. He has a very strong team of research collaborators from India, United States, Singapore, Canada, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Viet Nam. He is actively implementing his research skills in the department. His research area include Pyrolysis, Adsorption, Cavitation, Hydrotropic Extraction, and Energy Storage Materials.
